Legal basis of treatment:
- Art. 6.1.c of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (RGPD).
- Law 39/2015, of October 1, on common administrative procedure of public administrations. Consent of the interested party only in the treatment of the given email and/or mobile phone (art. 6.1.a RGPD). To withdraw consent to the processing of e-mail and telephone data, it is necessary to access the modification of personal data and remove the permission to receive notices, either by appearing at a citizen attention office or on the web portal of the service.

Obligation or not to provide data and consequences of not doing so: the personal data collected in this form (except for email and mobile phone) are necessary for the purpose of the treatment. Therefore, if they are not provided, the request for registration of the representation cannot be processed. Email and mobile phone data are voluntary contributions only in case you want to receive notifications about changes in the status of the registered representation. |

The data will be kept as long as the registered representation is in force and once the representation is extinguished, for the time necessary to determine the possible responsibilities that could arise from the processing of the same. Additionally, the data retention and deletion periods established by the National Commission for Documentary Access, Evaluation and Selection of Catalonia apply. |
